Plants 4 the People Turns 1!

Plants 4 the People just turned ONE! We want to thank you all for your support over the past year, we could not have done it without YOU! 

Over the past year we have worked hard to build our organization. What started as a small idea has turned into nine board members and three interns working on what has become a passion project. We partnered with Sandburg Middle School to start planning our first community garden and were given the daunting task of building a 20,000 square foot farm program! We designed, planned, and now we are executing on our plans. This week, Rainbird is installing our irrigation and with your help, we hope to start planting this fall.
